The MFL HRMS mobile application is an internal Human Resource Management System reserved exclusively for authorized Meta Frolic Labs employees.

• Automatically Collected App Data: Secure local authentication tokens, session details (IP address, login/logout timestamps), and internal API transaction requests.
• Data Explicitly NOT Collected: The App does not collect precise GPS/location data, device contacts, photos/camera/microphone data, payment/financial information, or advertising identifiers.

• Internal Routing: Leave and attendance records are forwarded automatically to designated supervisors and HR administrators.

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill your employment infrastructure demands, legal audits, and internal policy cycles. If you terminate your account relationship, information is archived, deleted, or anonymized in alignment with legal guidelines.

You retain structural authority over your privacy profiles:

• You may access, correct, or challenge incorrect entries in your data profile.
• You may log out of the App at any moment to immediately erase local storage authentication tokens.
• You may uninstall the App entirely to cease technical data tracking.

Neither our corporate web portals nor our active mobile application systems are designed for or targeting minors. We do not knowingly compile metadata from individuals under 18 years of age.
